Service and accounts
Archibara helps you model software systems, relationships and architecture views. These terms cover the hosted service at app.archibara.com. Use an account you are entitled to use and act only with the authority of the person or team you represent.
Your content and team access
You retain your rights to the content you provide. You permit us to store, process, back up and display it as needed to operate the features you use. Only upload content you are entitled to provide. Team roles, invitations, service keys and active share links determine who can access it. People who receive an active share link may be able to view the shared content.
Plans and purchases
Free and Individual can be used in an automatically created personal space. Team provides shared editor capacity. Current prices, billing periods and limits appear on the pricing page and before you confirm a purchase. Enterprise terms may be agreed separately in writing.
When payments are enabled, Paddle acts as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes purchases, payment enquiries and refunds; Archibara supports the product. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment transaction.
Subscriptions renew for the selected period until cancelled. Extra monthly Team editor seats may create an immediate prorated charge. For annual Team, additional occupied editor seats are accrued proportionally and billed quarterly; unused reserved capacity is not included in that adjustment.
Cancellation and plan limits
You can request cancellation in team billing settings, through the Paddle customer portal or via Paddle buyer support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Reducing a plan preserves existing content; content above the new limits may become read-only. Unpaid subscriptions can become read-only after the payment grace period. Inactive Free spaces can become read-only after 90 days and resume after a verified sign-in; inactivity does not automatically delete the model.
Responsible use and availability
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, bypass access controls or quotas, or interfere with its security. Review architecture changes and outputs from connected AI tools before relying on them. Features and availability may change; any separately agreed service commitments remain applicable. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and questions
Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law. A revised version does not retrospectively remove rights already accrued. Contact the operator below for product or contractual questions. Privacy and refund details are available through the links on this page.
