Cancel future renewal
Use the billing settings for your team, the Paddle customer portal linked from your receipt, or Paddle buyer support. Cancellation normally stops renewal after the current paid period. It does not by itself refund an earlier payment. Annual plans are billed for a year, not as twelve separately cancellable monthly payments.
Request a refund
Submit a request through paddle.net and identify the purchase using the receipt email or transaction reference. Explain the problem and date of purchase. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or security codes. Contact Archibara for product-access or technical issues; Paddle handles the payment and refund decision under its applicable buyer terms and refund policy.
Consumer rights and eligibility
Mandatory withdrawal and consumer rights may apply according to your country and the circumstances of the purchase or start of service use. This page does not remove those rights or impose a universal no-refund rule. Refund eligibility and processing are assessed under applicable law and Paddle's refund policy; cancellation is a separate request.
Changes of plan and test payments
A plan reduction may be scheduled for the next billing period while existing content is preserved. Prorated charges and annual editor adjustments follow the terms shown for the plan. If a purchase is refunded, contact support if the corresponding product-access status needs correction.
