Limits for objects and people online apply to each workspace. On Team and Enterprise, MCP allowances grow with each paid editor seat.
Questions about plans
Who counts as an editor?
Anyone who can change a team's models: editors and administrators. On Team, each of them occupies one paid seat, counted once across the whole team. Viewers and guests who open a share link are free.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes, in your team's plan settings. Yearly billing costs 20% less than paying monthly for a year.
What happens if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. Content above the new limits becomes read-only until usage fits again, and the confirmation lists exactly what goes over before you agree. Paid seats cannot go below the number of editors in use.
How do payments and taxes work?
Paddle is our reseller and Merchant of Record. It takes the card payment, handles VAT and sales tax and sends the receipts. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until you cancel.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel in your team's billing settings or in the Paddle customer portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. See refunds and cancellation for details.
What if a payment fails?
There is a 7-day grace period to update the payment method. After that the team becomes read-only until payment succeeds; your models stay intact.
What happens to an inactive Free space?
After 90 days without a sign-in it becomes read-only. The next verified sign-in makes it editable again; inactivity never deletes a model.
